JARPeT does not charge any fees for the submission, processing, or publication of articles. This means:

• No submission fees: Authors are not required to pay any fees when submitting their manuscripts to the journal.
• No article processing charges (APC): JARPeT does not charge any fees for the peer review, editorial processing, or production of accepted articles.
• No publication fees: Once an article is accepted, there are no charges for the final publication and distribution of the article in JARPeT.
